Google AdSense has indeed introduced several significant policy changes for 2023/2024. These changes encompass various aspects of their service, including:

Despite these changes, Google does not anticipate any significant changes in publishers’ earnings​​.

Furthermore, the AdSense revenue share structure is being modified. The revenue share will now be split into separate rates for the buy-side and sell-side. Publishers displaying ads with AdSense for content will receive 80% of the revenue after the advertiser platform takes its fee. Despite these changes, publishers are expected to continue earning about 68% of the revenue​​.

These changes are set to go into effect early next year and do not require any action from publishers​​.
